Our Mission is to support members of our community in their time of need and work towards a better good. We are tireless in our efforts to aid those homeless seeking help during their time of distress. Our specific purpose of this non-profit organization is to develop supportive housing and supportive services to assist disable homeless individuals in the transition from homelessness and to enable them to live independently as possible. We serve all people. We don't discriminate. We merely support our fellow citizens and serve as a helping hand.

 The Landing is a non-profit 501(3)

 which has devoted its energy to passionately providing permanent supportive  housing for our homeless disable veterans and other homeless disable individuals.

  • Between 529,000.and 840,000 Veterans are homeless at some time during the year.
  • On any given night, more 300,000 Veterans are living on the streets or in shelter in the U.S.
  • Approx. 33% of homeless males in the U.S. are Veterans.
  • Veterans are twice as likely to become chronically homeless.
  • Veterans are more at risk of becoming homeless than other non -veterans
  • Number of homeless Vietnam-era, males and females, is greater than the number of soldiers who did died in the war.
